Nigerian singer and Grammy-winner, Burna Boy has proven himself once more as the ‘African Giant’ has he becomes the first African artist to gain at least 100 million streams on three albums on Spotify.

Burna boy was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. His father managed a welding company and his mother worked as a translator. His grandfather Benson Idonije once managed Fela Kuti.

Burna boy is no doubt on of the greatest musicians of all time and he has his awards to show for it. He is also among the richest with an estimated net worth of $17 Million which is approximately NGN7 Billion.

Burna Boy has created yet another history, has music aggregate monitoring page, Charts Data listed his albums “Outside”, “African Giant”and “Twice as Tall” which have individually gotten 100 million plays on the Spotify app, making him the first African artist to reach such a high.
