Popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid has done what he does best, which is to hit major milestone and this it’s his ‘Essence’ song Remix featuring Justin Bieber and Tems.

The Afropop superstar caught his fans off guard yesterday, August 13, after he dropped a remix to his “Essence” song which originally featured fellow Nigerian R&B singer, Tems. The remix saw Justin Bieber add some spice to the Afrobeats smash tune.

Just 23 hours after the song’s release, the remix has ascended the No.30 spot on the US Apple music chart and the 21st position on Apple music’s global music chart.

“Essence” remix has also gathered over a million YouTube views in less than a day, making it the fourth Wizkid’s song to do that.
