Another social media war is set to erupt between Iyabo Ojo, Toyin Abraham, and Funke Akindele, as is evident and undeniable.
The rationale isn’t far-fetched, as it could be tied to Toyin Abraham’s new film, The Ghost and the Tout Too.
The star-studded film, which premiered in Nigerian cinemas on Friday, September 10, was reviewed by Cinema Pointer, a contentious Instagram page.
Remember that it is the same day Funke Akindele released her movie ‘Omo Ghetto: The Saga’. Now the movies are being compared by Cinema Pointer.

Not recommended for intelligent people. Over the years, we have told you many truths but non Greater than this: Intelligent minds were not taken into consideration at all in the writing and in the making of ‘Ghost and The Tout Too‘.
Regardless of how flagrantly it copies off ‘Ómó Ghetto: The Saga’ desperately hoping to shine like it. Unlike that one ‘The Ghost and The Tout Too’ doesn’t understand that movie-making is rooted in brain-work and not in using cinema to do “Yahoo”, abusing stardoms to fleece fandoms.
If you are intelligent, you are better off staying back home this weekend to watch ‘Ómó Ghetto: The Saga.
What a review. This certainly did not settle well with Toyin Abraham, her industry friends, and some of her fans.
Iyaba Ojo summoned the guts to attack Cinema Pointer’s page and express her disappointment, taking the bull by the horns. She also pointed the finger at Funke Akindele for funding the unfavorable review of Toyin Abraham’s latest film.
Iyabo Ojo also accused Funke Akindele of being jealous and pessimistic, claiming that The Ghost and The Tout 2 will will surpass Funke’s Omo Ghetto: The Saga.

How much did Funke pay you to write this rubbish? The day she begins to find ways not to talk bad about her fellow colleagues or try to discredit their work or personality, that day she will begin to experience inner peace.
