Lasmid Leads Boomplay Top 100 Ghana Charts With ‘Friday Night’

Lasmid Owusu Nathaniel, a young multidimensional Ghanaian musician and entertainer, is having a terrific run with his current work.

On Friday, June 10th, 2022, the raving Ghanaian recording artiste, composer, performing artiste, and MTN Hitmaker season 8 winner released a wonderful piece of music titled “Friday Night.”

On Saturday, June 18th, 2022, the viral track premiered on Apple Music Top 100 Ghana. Today, Sunday, June 26th, ‘Friday Night’ is at the top of the Apple Music Top 100 Ghana Charts.

Lasmid is a diverse Ghanaian musician with a distinct approach to music creation. He’s recognized for songs like ‘Sika’ with Kuami Eugene, ‘Atele’, ‘Father’ with Mr Drew, and ‘Odo Brassband’ with Kofi Kinaata, to name a few.

With his song ‘Friday Night,’ Lasmid a.k.a. Charger has achieved yet another professional milestone. The song, which has received over 4 million Boomplay streams, is presently at the top of the Boomplay Top 100 Ghana Charts.
