“African Giant”, Burna Boy Flaunts His ‘Grammy Plague’ (Video)

Popular Nigerian singer and Grammy award winner, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known professionally as Burna Boy has taken to social media to show off his Grammy plague.

Recollecting that, “African Giant”, Burna boy won the won the award for Best Global Music Album for his 2020 album “Twice as Tall” at the 2021 Grammy awards becoming the first Nigerian solo artiest to win the award

The self claimed “GORILLA” as taken to his Instagram page, to he flaunted a photo of the Grammy plague he had received from the recording academy and drop some few words to his fans and followers.

While sharing photos and video of his Grammy plague, Burna boy explained that all his parents wanted for their kids was to excel rather than have material possessions like cars and houses.

Adding that his parents asked him for a Grammy and now he has filled their heart desire

His post was captioned;

“Early Morning deliveries from across the pond! 😪

My parents prayed for excellent children, not houses, cars or “things”.
They asked my sisters for stellar degrees; one got a first class in Finance, the other got a Distinction in Engineering. They asked me for a Grammy, and here we are. I am a product of sacrifice! Thank God and thank you all again!❤️”
