BBNaija 2021: Evicted BBNaija Housemate Yerins Explains What Actually Happened in the bathroom between Him and Maria
Yerins Abraham, a recently evicted 2021 Big Brother Naija member, has revealed what happened in the bathroom between him and his fellow roommate, Maria, who claimed he was staring at her as she was bathing.
That incident, according to Yerins, also played a role in his nomination and eviction from the Big Brother Naija house.
“There was a time when Maria wanted to take a bath and I was already in the bathroom,” Maria explained. I then allowed her to use the restroom. When inside the restroom, the way it is designed, one could have the impression that someone else is staring at them. She thought I was staring at her, but I wasn’t. I had no idea she was feeling that way.
She should have told me about it, but despite our several conversations, she never did. I’d always wondered why she treated me the way she did. I discovered that some people thought of me as a pervert, which was why they refused to vote for me. It had a detrimental impact on my reputation. Although I don’t dislike her, she is my least favorite housemate.

The fact that I had to leave the concert so early contributed greatly to the image that I am uninteresting. There were some people in the house who weren’t as gregarious as I was, such as Saskay, JayPaul, and Yousef. It’s just been a week, so everyone has had plenty of time to adjust to life in the Big Brother Naija house. I was a little withdrawn in the house since I was going through some emotional difficulties, but I was able to reclaim myself. The wild cards (Maria and Pere) nominated me for eviction since they had some issues with me but never challenged me. People who believe I’m dull just haven’t spent enough time with me.”
Liquorose drew the attention of Yerins as well. “I was drawn to Liquorose,” he explained. I was the first person she spoke to when she entered the house. We became fast friends and discussed topics that individuals only discuss after they’ve known each other for a long period. I told her I liked her a few days into the tournament. We also promised to get to know one another better. I wanted to put pressure on her and persuade her to join us as a team, but I subsequently realized she and Emmanuel were having an affair. So I took a step back and let them get on with it.”
“Both of them are playing the game, but Pere is doing it in a way that is not genuine,” Yerins said of two of the contestants, Whitemoney and Pere. Outside the house, I realized that others think he’s a phony. I don’t want to think too harshly of him because we’re both from Bayelsa. He claimed he didn’t nominate me for eviction, but I later discovered he had. He continues to demonstrate to others that he cannot be trusted.“ Whitemoney, on the other hand, has been amazing since the beginning of the show, and his food is fantastic. We had a lot of conversations, and he’s someone I’m cheering for to win the show.”
