Nigeria Singer BlackFace has reaffirmed claims that he wrote the song “African Queen” for 2Face Idibia but was never acknowledged for it, and that the media made him seem terrible when he protested about it.

Remember how he justified himself in a recent interview that the media distorted his remarks to make him seem bad over a song he performed that created separation between BlackFace and 2Face Idibia a long time ago?

According to BlackFace, he simply expressed his dissatisfaction with not being given credit for his contribution to the famous African Queen song, despite the fact that he played a part in it, and the media twisted it to suggest he accused 2Face Idibia of stealing the music from him.

BlackFace revealed that 2Face Idibia’s management team promised to correct the error and give him credit for being a part of the renowned Africa Queen song, but they failed to do so, prompting him to release his own version of the song.

He went on to say that he published the song to prove a point to people who told him he needed to compose a new song if he wrote African Queen for 2Face Idibia, because 2Face is the most popular of the three in the media.

According to what BlackFace stated, there’s nothing wrong with him requesting to be acknowledged for a production in which he participated, but the media distorted it by reporting that he accused 2Face Idibia of stealing the music, which isn’t accurate.
