“Church na business now, Save Yourself” – Yul Edochie To Christians

Popular Nigerian actor and son of veteran actor, Pete Edochie, Yul Edochie has sounded a warning to his fans especially those that are christians.

This comes after a pastor named, Peter Godwin claimed that he and 40 other colleagues were sacked by Living Faith Church Worldwide( aka Winners Chapel’) over low income generated from their branches and another pastor called InChristed Michael also claimed in a Facebook post that he too is a “victim”.

Speaking on the issue at a church service, G.O Of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop Oyedepo explained that the pastors were dismissed from their post because they were blatant failures and fruitless.

He said;

“I learnt some fellow said we asked them to go because they’re not bringing income.

“We asked you to go because you’re unfruitful. Unfruitful blatant failure… doing what there?

“We have no patient with failure here.”

In fresh development, actor, Yul Edochie has taken to social media handle to react to the issue.

Taking to his Instagram page, the actor stated that churches are now being runned as a business centre and it has gotten to the level that they no longer hide it.

He also advised christians to save themselves else they will end up giving all their earnings to the church.

In his words;

“Dem no dey hide am again oo… Church na business now… Brother, sister, na you go save yourself.”
