Comedian, Mr Macaroni Receives ‘Threats’ From Strange Contacts, Ahead Of June 12 Protest

Social media comedian and activist, Mr Macaroni has opened up that he was threatened by unknown contacts, ahead of the protests set to be held on June 12.

CELEBRITY-PROFILE recalls that the social media comedian was arrested few months ago, over staging a protest against the planned reopening of the toll gate following the alleged killing of protesters on October 20, 2020.

Just like the October 2020 #EndSARS protests, Nigerians are set to stage another protest on June 12, 2021 and the comedian is on of the celebrities that will partake in it.

Comedian Mr Macaroni took to his Social media handle on popular social platform, Twitter ahead of the protest to reveal that he has been receiving threats from strange contacts.

He also stated that he has been advised by a number of people to stay indoors of which he has it on record.

He tweeted;

“I have received so many threats from strange contacts!! They have also sent different people to me telling me I must not step out!! I have everything on record!! I will not be a prisoner in my own country!! We deserve better!!!”
