Davido has taken to social media and revealed to his fans how he suffered at Don Jazzy and D’banj’s Mohits defunct record label for a year before blowing up with a hit song.

David Adedeji Adeleke, better known as Davido, revealed this after a fan took to Twitter and tweeted by saying he Davido doesn’t have ‘when I never blow’ stage and only came into the music scene with a hit.

According to the American-born Nigerian singer, songwriter, contemporary artist, and record producer, he has been there before, and almost all artists have that stage where they were underground artists fighting to be known.

Despite the 28 years old CEO of DMW Records is from a very rich family, he never hard it easy as some people think while shooting to fame.

The fan wrote;

Davido doesn’t have “When I never blow” stage. Came in with a hit.

Davido replied with;

I did o .. we all did … I was in mohits house for a year …
