Davido’s ‘Shopping Spree’ Official Video Hits 4M Views On YouTube Few Days After It’s Release(VIDEO)

“Shopping Spree” by Davido featuring two American artistes, Young Thug and Chris Brown has hit a major millstone, gaining 4 million views on Youtube and peaking at no. 2 on the Spanish iTunes Chart just days after its release.

‘Shopping Spree’ is the eight-track off Davido’s third studio album, “A better time”. It was released in 2020 and the visual of the song dropped in July 2021. 

Since it’s release, the song has become a major hit, peaking on the no. 2 spot of the Spanish iTunes and the no. 1 spot on Apple Music, Nigeria iTunes effortlessly knocking out Wizkid’s ‘Essence’. It has also become a trending song in twelve (12) countries including Uganda, Ghana, South Africa, Cyprus, Tanzania, Canada, UK, and others.

This is not the first time Davido has dazzled music lovers with his impressive achievements. You would recall in 2020, Davido broke his previous record when “FEM” hit over 1 million views in 7 hours and in 2019 when ‘Blow My Mind’ hit a million views in 10 hours making Davido the first artist to achieve such a feat.
