Nigerian superstar and DMW boss, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is officially the first ‘Featured’ Artist To Have 5 ‘No. 1’ Songs On Nigeria Apple Music this year.

The songs that achieved this feat for Davido are; Ke Star- Focalistic, For You- Teni, Cho Cho- Zlatan x Mayorkun, Somebody baby – Peruzzi and High- Adekunle Gold.

This great news is coming after Wizkid FC dragged Davido following Wizkid’s Feature on GQ magazine. The International magazine also referred to Wizkid as the ‘King of Afropop’.

“He’s the guy Drake and Beyoncé call up whenever they need a continent-spanning smash hit. Now, Lagos’s own Wizkid is taking over speakers everywhere with the sounds of home,” GQ wrote.

Davido also took to social media to cry out over the level of oppression in the music industry following his rival, Wizkid’s millstone on Shazam.
