Fetty Wap Breaks Down In Tears While Paying Tribute To His Late Daughter(Video)
American rapper and songwriter, Willie Junior Maxwell II, better known by his stage name Fetty Wap has spoken on the demise of his 4-year-old daughter, Lauren Maxwell
The “Wake Up” crooner took to his Instagram page on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, where he shared a photo of his late four-year-old daughter.
Sharing the photo, he wrote;
“Hey mini me (My Twin) ♥️🦋 …. “ I love you to the moon and back forever and ever best friend,”
The rapper also went live on Instagram where he released an emotional video.
Holding a photo of his daughter, he said, “She’s good. My baby’s happy now. That’s my little twin right there,”
“My shorty,” he added before kissing a picture of his daughter. “That’s my little twin right there.”
Wap then asked his fans to post butterflies: “If y’all could do me a favor. Just post all butterflies on my shitt.”
“Man, thank y’all,” he continued. “That’s love. I appreciate ya’ll, for real. Damn. That’s love. She’d be happy as hell.”
Maxwell’s mother, Turquoise Miami, first announced her passing via her Instagram page on the 31st of July, 2021.
Sharing a video of her daughter, miami wrote;
“This is my amazing, beautiful, funny, vibrant, loving, talented, smart and hardheaded princess mermaid Aquarius,” she captioned a video of Maxwell on Instagram. “If you see this post scrolling by with her comment or just say to yourself ‘I love you LAUREN’ because they say that souls can feel your love. #rip.”
