Fireboy’s “PERU” Remix Becomes Fastest Song To Be Certified Silver In The UK

Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, known professionally as Fireboy DML, has hit another millstone with his smashing tune, PERU.
According to The BRIT Awards, PERU’s remix has sold over 200,000 units in the UK, making it the fastest Afrobeats song to be certified silver in less than 5 weeks.
Recall, that the song remix was released in December 2021, and it drove music lovers crazy after listening to Ed Sheeran’s verse.
This coming days after Davido, Tiwa Savage, Don Jazzy, and others campaigned for PERU to make the No. 1 spot on the UK Official Music Charts.
