Gulder Ultimate Search is back to take over from Big Brother Naija
The survival reality show Gulder Ultimate Search (GUS), which dominated the Nigerian airways in the early 2000s, is making a successful return after a seven-year hiatus.
Big Brother Naija, Nigeria’s most popular reality show, is about to get the biggest shock of its life when the famed Gulder Ultimate Search returns to the air.
Before 2016, Gulder Ultimate Search was one of the most popular Nigerian reality shows, dominating the screen in the 2000s.
The Nigerian Breweries declared in a message to the public that the exhibition would return with the subject “The Age of Craftsmanship.”
On the GUS official page, registration will begin on September 1 and end on September 8, 2021. Participants must also be Nigerians between the ages of 21 and 35.

The premiere of ‘Gulder Ultimate Search: The Age of Craftsmanship’ is slated for October 16, 2021, with the grand finale on December 19, 2021.
The prize increased from N3 million in the first edition to N10 million and a new SUV in the most recent round. The award for this year, however, is still unknown.
Reactions have been mixed as fans have greeted the show’s return after a long hiatus.
Fans have expressed their joy, while some have expressed their worries over the country’s current state of instability.
Whether Gulder Ultimate Search will brush Big Brother Naija under the rug remains to be seen.
