“I Felt Insulted by The Whole Scenario” – Skales Opens Up On 8-Year-Old Beef With Wizkid

Famous musician Skales has finally spoken out about his eight-year feud with Afrobeats icon Wizkid.

You might remember that in 2015, the two exchanged insults on the microblogging website Twitter.

The altercation began when a Twitter user questioned when Skales and Wizkid will release a single together during a question and answer session with fans.

At the time, Skales had jokingly remarked that WizKid was too busy for him.

In a recent interview with Echo Room, Skales explained that the singer had misunderstood his comment, which was intended as a jest.

He disclosed that his friend had contacted to tell him that WizKid was insulting his father on Twitter as a result of what he had said.

The responses, according to Skales, were not even from him at the time but rather from the woman he was dating.

He went on to say that the entire situation made him feel disrespected, but he put it down to the chance that WizKid might have been cranky at the time.
