I Had Only Two Shirts And One Trousers Before I Became Famous – Zlatan Ibile Shares Grass To Grace Story
In an effort to encourage his fans to pursue their dreams, Nigerian music sensation Zlatan Ibile recounted his success journey in an exclusive interview he granted on Tim Westwood’s show in the UK.
Zlatan Ibile, real name Temidayo Omoniyi Raphael, opened up about his early struggles before becoming famous, telling British radio host Tim Westwood that he only had two shirts and one pair of pants at the time.
Zlatan Ibile shared his humble beginnings, revealing that at the age of 19, while still a student, he won the Airtel One Mic Talent event and received a car as his prize.
Prior to winning the talent show, the Zanku CEO claimed that he went unnoticed and had only three pairs of clothes, two of which were shirts and the third a pair of pants.
He claimed that his life improved after winning the competition and putting in a lot of effort to get here.
Furthermore, he stated that despite receiving a car, there was no financial award, so he was forced to operate a taxi service from the branded vehicle.
