Ikorodu Bois Alongside Jade Osiberu Begins Filming For New Movie “Gangs of Lagos”

Nigerian writer, director and producer, Jade Osiberu has officially kicked off the scene shooting for her latest feature film titled ‘Gangs of Lagos’.

She made this known via her social media handle on popular social platfrom, Instagram on Friday, 18th June, 2021.

Taking to her Instagram page, the award-winning director uncovered a first-look at the new film set in Lagos and based on true events.

Sharing a photo of the film set, she wrote;

“‘It’s a double celebration day! Today, as the first film in our slate #AyinlatheMovie releases in cinemas, we roll our first scenes on my next feature film, Gangs of Lagos.

Set predominantly in Isale Eko and inspired by real life characters, I’m really looking forward to bringing this story to life,”

The producer of the movie, Kemi Lala Akindoju also took to her Instagram page to confirm the production.

she wrote;

“Excited to be producing the next #JadeOsiberuFilm with the amazing Jade Osiberu. Always a pleasure making magic with you baby gurl. Make we run am!”

‘Gangs of Lagos’ features reality star and actor, Tobi Bakre and social media skit makers, Ikorodu Bois.
