Eight years after his father’s passing, Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Face Idibia or 2baba, has paid tribute to him.
The musician said his father was the most polite and compassionate person he had ever met in an Instagram post on Friday.
Pa Idibia is thought to have passed away in Nigeria following a protracted battle with cancer.
He was buried in his village of Amufu Ejeba in Enumoga Ehaje, Okpokwu Local Government Area, Benue State, on November 8, 2014.
Sharing a photo of his late father, 2baba captioned the photo:
“Miss u madly my dear father. The most gentle and kindest human I’ve ever known. I’ll mourn u till I join u pops”
