‘Irresponsibility Of The Highest Order’- Actress Mercy Aigbe Expresses her disappointment over Femi Fani Kayode
Mercy Aigbe, a popular Nollywood actress and producer, has criticized Femi Fani Kayode, the former Minister of Aviation, for defecting from the People Democratic Party (PDP) to President Muhammadu Buhari’s All Progressive Congress (APC) (APC).
Femi Fani-Kayode has confessed that he was incorrect about some of his previous critiques of President Muhammadu Buhari’s government, and his admission comes only hours after he met with President Buhari and was formally presented as the party’s newest member (APC).
Nigerians were divided over the move, with some blaming it on Femi Fani Kayode’s hunger and accusing him of pursuing money above good governance after years of criticizing Buhari’s government.
Mercy Aigbe, in a post on her Instagram page, responded by saying that large grammar isn’t a measure of intellect, and that some of the country’s so-called leaders need to take several seats. Despite the fact that she did not identify anyone in her message, the majority of her followers assumed she was talking to Femi Fani Kayode.
She wrote:
