King Promise Reveals Why Wizkid Developed A Sudden Love For Ghana(Video)

Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer, King Promise has revealed the reason why Nigerian superstar, Wizkid has refused to travel back to Nigeria since touching down in Ghana months ago.

Nigerian singer and Grammy-award winner, Wizkid has been in Ghana for several months and has refused to travel back to Nigeria for reasons best known to him.

Ghanian superstars such as Stonebwoy, Jackie Appiah, Gyakie, Abena Korkor have also been spotted chilling with the “Essence” hit-maker.

According to reports, Wizkid is said to have acquired a large home in one of Ghana’s wealthy areas since images of his property appeared on social media a few weeks ago.

Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer, King Promise has spoken on Wizkid’s sudden love for Ghana in an interview he recently had with OAP, Adesope Olajide.

During the interview, when asked about Wizkid’s recent love for Ghana, King Promise stated that Big Wiz had always loved the Gold Coast even before they met.

He went further to say that the “Essence” hit-maker may have decided to live in Ghana owing to the fact that the serenity and peace in Ghana has attracted him to settle in the country.

King Promise added that some Londoners jet to Ghana as their holiday destination.

King Promise equally spoke about his forthcoming album in which he stated how much he had put in work to make it a masterpiece. According to the highlife singer, the majority of the album was created during the COVID-19 lockdown, which enabled him to have enough time to reflect on life and then make songs around them.
