Kingdom Kroseide Emerges Winner Of Nigerian Idol Season 6

After weeks of pulsating vocal performances, Kingdom Kroseide has emerged as the winner of the Nigerian Idol season 6 competition.

Nigerian Idol season six came to a historical end on Sunday, July 11, with Kingdom Kroseide emerging as the newest ‘Nigerian Idol’ with a total of over 16 million votes recorded at the finale.

As the winner of the competition, Kingdom secured a recording deal of a six track EP, with music video shoots for three of the songs, and over 50 million Naira worth of prizes, which include a N30 million cash prize and a brand new SUV.

Reacting to his win, Kingdom said;

“My grandma used to say one day you’ll be very great. And then she died. And I almost gave up. But I want to thank the judges for believing in me and my fellow contestants for pushing me.”

The organizers also took to their Instagram page to announce his win. They wrote;

“Tonight, we crowned the winner of #NigerianIdol season 6! We wish @iamdkingdom all the best as he begins his new life as Naija’s newest Idol 🤩”

The Grand finale of Nigeria Idol season six also witnessed performances from some of the biggest acts in Nigeria including Mavin’s newest signee, Ayra Starr, award-winning singer Patoranking.

R&B star, Chike joined Francis Atela on stage for a breathtaking duet of the former’s song, “Roju”. While Kingdom and superstar producer Cobhams Asuquo came together for yet another beautiful performance.
