Popular Canadian rapper and singer, Drake linked up with Nigerian R&B singer, Tems on his new song, ‘Fountain’. The song was released on September 3, 2021 as the 16th track from his latest album ‘Certified Lover Boy’.

“Certified Lover Boy” is the sixth studio album by Canadian rapper Drake. It was released on September 3, 2021, through OVO Sound and Republic Records.

The 21-song project features top international singers including Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Giveon, Jay-Z, Travis Scott, Future, Young Thug, Yebba, 21 Savage, Project Pat, Ty Dolla Sign, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Kid Cudi and Nigeria’s very own ‘Tems’.

Tems is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. Her musical career moved to another level ever since she was featured on Wizkid’s summer jam, ‘Essence’. She also gained global recognition and debuted on Billboard chart all thanks to the song.

Speaking on the album, the ‘God’s plan’ crooner described its as “a combination of toxic masculinity and acceptance of truth which is inevitably heartbreaking.”
