Nigerian singer, Akinmayokun Awodumila, popularly known as May D, has disclosed that he is no longer signed onto Nigerian superstar, Davido’s record label ‘DMW’.

The “Gat Me High” crooner made his submission in an interview with rapper Ikechukwu, known professionally as Killz.

May D, who joined Davido’s DMW back in 2020, disclosed that he is no longer a member of the team because his self-owned record label, Confam Records, is now fully supported and promoted and he now releases music from his label.

After joining DMW, fans of Davido expected much from May D but very little was heard of him in terms of hit songs and dominating streaming charts.
