Mercy Eke Teams Up With Mr Macaroni And Father DMW In New TV Series ‘Trips’

Nigerian media personality and actress, Mercy Eke is set to bag her first major role in ‘Trips’, a forthcoming television series produced by Ogelle, alongside Mr Macaroni and Father DMW

Eke is from Imo State, Nigeria. She attended Egbu Girls Secondary School in Owerri and graduated from Imo State University in 2014.

Eke was announced as the winner of ‘BBNAIJA’ in October 2019, becoming the first woman to win the show and In 2020, she made her acting debut in the Nollywood film “Fate of Alakada” featuring alongside Toyin Abraham and Broda Shaggi

This was made known by the reality star, who personally took to her Instagram page, confirming her involvement in the new TV production

According to her, “Trips” is a series about the lives & experiences of three e-taxi drivers.

Eke wrote;

“I’m happy to announce that I will be staring in a new TV series called *TRIPS*. Trips is a series about the lives & experiences of three e-taxi drivers. Other actors include @mrmacaroni1 & @fatherdmw55 as well as a host of top actors.”

The new series will be Mercy Eke’s first major role in a film production. Prior to the announcement, the reality star has made cameo appearances in major productions including Toyin Abraham’s star-studded 2020 comedy ‘Fate of Alakada’.
