Police reveal Ifeanyi’s autopsy result, react to rumors of Eniola Badmus’ arrest
The Lagos State Police Command has released the autopsy report on the late Ifeanyi Adeleke.
The infant died from drowning, according to the autopsy, Benjamin Hundeyin, Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the development on Saturday in a discussion with PUNCH.
“Autopsy has been concluded. It confirms the boy (Ifeanyi) drowned”, he stated.
Speaking on Eniola Badmus’ rumored arrest, Benjamin Hundeyin told BBC Pidgin that Actress was not arrested.
“The story is false, nothing like that happened,” Hundeyin said.
Early on Saturday morning, speculation regarding Eniola’s detention began. According to a number of blogs, the actress phoned Ifeanyi’s nanny on the phone to divert her attention from the fact that the youngster had left the room for the pool.

One of the first famous people to reveal the death of Ifeanyi in a mysterious letter was Eniola Badmus.
Nigerians flooded the comment area shortly after she published her article, accusing her of using the boy’s death to boost her reputation. Others felt that it was inappropriate to report a child’s death before receiving confirmation from the parents.
With things spiralling out of control, Eniola was forced to delete the post on Instagram and Facebook.
