Popular Nigeria singer , Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, is currently in high spirit after his 2019 hit-single, Dumebi received a gold certification in France.

“Dumebi” hit the new millstone after gaining over 15 million streams just two years after it dropped. This news was shared by Virgin Records who represents his interests in the country.

Ever since coming into the limelight, Rema has being dropping hit tracks back to back as it could be recalled that he was on of the acts that were featured on the soundtrack for the newly released FIFA 22, making it the second year in a row he has featured on the popular video game.

Other Nigerian singer that has featured on the soundtrack includes Grammy award winning singer, Burna boy and YBNL’s Fireboy DML.
