Female Nigerian musician, Simi, has caused stirs on social media after she announced that her daughter, Adejare has a new president in the person of Joe Biden.

Few moments after the swearing-in ceremony of Joe Biden as the President of USA and Kamala Harris as the new Vice President, Simi took to her Twitter page to spark reactions on social media when she said her daughter has a new President due to her American citizenship.

Simi and her husband, Adekunle Gold welcomed their first daughter in the United States during the lock-down period. She wrote, “Guess whose baby has a new President…my baby”.

The inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States took place on January 26, 2021, before noon, marking the commencement of the four-year term of Joe Biden as president and Kamala Harris as Vice President.
