Nigerian superstar, Davido has reacted to the arrest of Nigerian businessman, Obi Cubana, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

On Monday, Punch Newspapers reported that the business mogul arrived at the EFCC headquarters at Jabi, Abuja, where he was interrogated by operatives of the commission.

According to a source, Obi Cubana was arrested for money laundering and tax fraud.

“Obi Cubana was arrested and brought to the EFCC headquarters on Monday afternoon over allegations of money laundering and tax fraud. He is being grilled by detectives as we speak,” – the source said.

Reacting to the news, DMW boss, Davido re-posted a photo of his friend to show his support. He captioned the photo; “Obi Nwere Ego” which means “Obi has money or “Obi is rich”.
