“So happy my bro @davido confirmed..” – Chinese Millionaire, Stephen Hung excited to confirm Davido’s performance at the Qatar World Cup closing ceremony

Stephen Hung, a businessman from Hong Kong and personal friend of Davido, recently discussed the 2022 FIFA World Cup with the Afrobeats Star.

Davido was supposed to perform the official World Cup song, “Hayya Hayya (Better Together),” alongside American singer Trinidad Cardona and Japanese singer Aisha.

However, Davido was not present at the opening ceremony for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar’s Al Bayt Stadium due to the passing of his son.

Hung, the world’s biggest spender, recently chatted with the singer in Doha, Qatar, where the draws will be held in April 2022. On Thursday, he shared his excitement on his Instagram story about their conversation.

He claims that Davido promised him that he would perform at the World Cup closing ceremony in Qatar.

He wrote;

“So happy my bro @davido confirmed he will be performing at the World Cup Qatar closing ceremony.

Can’t wait to see him there”
