Odunlade Adekola, a Nollywood actor, has slammed those who routinely use his images to promote their businesses and services for personal gain.

Because of his celebrity and influence, many Nigerian brands have hired him to help promote their products.

To that end, some business owners, including restaurants, canteens, and cafes, are using their faces to sell their products.

Odunlade Adekola has issued a warning to people not to use his face to promote their frozen fish company, especially in the trenches, after seeing his image on a canteen’s signpost in town.

Taking to his Twitter, he wrote;
