Tems Joins Chris Brown, Davido, Alicia Keys, Shakira, Wizkid, More, In RCA Records
Nigerian R&B singer, Tems, is officially the newest member of American-based record label, RCA Records.
This announcement was made RCA Rocards via their social media handles on Instagram and Twitter on Wednesday, September 15th, 2021. They wrote;
“…we’re in a new season and on a higher level and things can only get better as we reach more people all over the world.” -Tems
Welcome to the RCA/Since ’93 fam, Tems!
This is coming after the “Damages” crooner became Spotify’s African act with the highest number of monthly with twelve million listeners. Not stoping there, she went ahead to become the first African act to appear on two songs on Billboard Hot 100.
Tems appeared at number 26 on Billboard hot 100 chart alongside Drake on ‘Fountains‘ and equally appears at number 34 on the chart alongside Wizkid and Justin Bieber on ‘Essence (Remix)’.
Other aritistes signed to RCA rocords includes; Britney Spears, Bryson Tiller, Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Aretha Franklin, Sia, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Van Morrison, Charlie Wilson, Monica, Doja Cat, Chris Brown, Davido, Wizkid and others.
