Nigerian R&B singer, Tems, is officially the first African act to appear on two songs on Billboard Hot 100.

Tems’ musical career skyrocketed after she was featured on Canadian rapper, Drake’s “Fountain” song off his “Certified Lover Boy” album, not forgetting her contribution on Wizkid’s smashing song, “Essence”.

The songstress appears at number 26 on Billboard hot 100 chart alongside Drake on ‘Fountains‘ and equally appears at number 34 on the chart alongside Wizkid and Justin Bieber on ‘Essence (Remix)’.

Recalling that the “Try Me” crooner recently dethroned Wizkid to become Spotify’s African act with the highest number of monthly with twelve million listeners.
