Nigerians have reacted after a video that captures the moment some ladies resort to kneeling during their flight back home after surgery, surfaced online.

In the video currently making the rounds online, some women could be spotted on their knees while on their flight back home.

A man could also be heard advising ladies saying; “Remember ladies, if you are getting a BBL don’t forget about the flight home. Pack something comfy for your knees.”

Nowadays, Brazilian butt lift (BBL) has become one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures. Most ladies goes all the way by spending fortune to enlarge their bum so as to get their perfect body.

This is coming after former Big Brother Naija housemate, Beatrice, slammed her fellow ladies who have gone under the knife in a wrong way, referring to them as “Santa with pillow buttocks”.
