Popular Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has congratulated her colleague, Tems after she was nominated for the 64th 2022 Grammy awards.

On Wednesday, The Recording Academy released the list of nominations for the 64 Grammy awards scheduled to hold in January next year.

Among the nominees is Nigeria’s own Wizkid who bagged two nominations at the ceremony. One for his “Made In Lagos” album and another for his smashing tune, “Essence” featuring Tems.

Reacting to the good news, the “Koroba” crooner took to her social media handle to share her congratulatory message, but unlike Simi’s Post, her message was clearly understood. 

Taking to her IG story, Tiwa admitted that the nomination is a big win for Nigeria, but the artistes whose nomination she is excited about is Tems and Angelique Kidjo.

With her post, she directly snubbed Wizkid who bagged two nominations and Burna Boy whose bagged his fourth nomination in three consecutive years.
