Nigerians have reacted after a video that captures the moment a man got up from his chair during a church service at Living Faith Church and run to the pulpit and ‘attack’ the founder, Bishop David Oyedepo, whilst he was preaching surfaced online.
In the video currently making the rounds online, the strange man who is yet to be identified charged moved up to the pulpit while the man of God was speaking and grabbed him by his feet.
The man held onto Bishop Oyedepo’s foot after escaping security. Security, on the other hand, stopped him and whisked him away.
Reacting to the incident, some social media users said that there was nothing wrong with it as something similar also happen in the bible.
An Instagram user identified as @psmielz who weigh in the conversation wrote; “How is this an attack? Didn’t such thing happened in the Bible too?”
@nehi_turna wrote; “This wan no b like attack na. He was reaching for glory”
