VIDEO: Mayorkun Performs At Yusuf Buhari’s Wedding
Popular Nigerian singer and self acclaimed “The Mayor of Lagos”, Mayorkun has thrilled the guests at Buhari’s son’s wedding with his electrifying performance.
Mayorkun was among those who stormed Kano for the presidential/royal wedding fathia of Yusuf Buhari, the son of President Muhammadu Buhari, and Emir of Bichi Nasir Ado Bayero’s daughter Zahra on Friday, August 20.
Taking to their Instagram page, Mayorkun’s official fan page, @themayoroflagos shared a video of his performance, from him taking photos with the guests at the wedding to singing his songs.
Their post was with the caption;
“When it’s important, they call on the Mayor of Lagos to shut it down…”

The singer who recently dropped a new single, “Let Me Know” also dropped photos of himself during his time in Kano.
Sharing the photos, he wrote;

The wedding fatiha was graced by many top dogs in the society including the vice-president, Yemi Osibanjo, former VP Atiku Abubakar, Senate President Ahmed Lawan, and more.
