Video of Lekki Apartment With Toilet and Kitchen in Same Room For N1.3M Rent Got People Talking

A Twitter user with the handle @thezikora was escorted to Lekki, one of Nigeria’s wealthiest districts, for a property inspection, but was dismayed to see an apartment with the toilet and kitchen in the same enclosed room.

The property is being rented out for over 24,000 cedis, which is outrageous (N1.3 million).

This may seem impossible, yet many people have complained about deteriorating properties with outrageous prices in wealthy neighborhoods.
