VIDEO: Survivor Of Ikoyi Collapsed Building Shares How He Jumped From 4th Floor Of The 21 Story Building
A young boy identified as William Nwachukwu has narrated how he was able to survive the Ikoyi collapsed building which has since claimed 38 lives including the owner, Femi Osibona.
The face behind the collapsed building, Femi Osibona corpse was recovered under the rubble and one of the workers who survived is William Nwachukwu.
The young boy became an internet sensation after a photo of him stormed social media looking dusty without a shirt after jumping into a nearby building hence surviving the incident
Narrating how he escaped the incident, he noted that he used to sleep and bath in the building before the tragic incident.
Speaking in an interview with Guardian, he explained that he was sleeping on the 4th floor of the story building but woke up after the foundation of the building shook.
He said;
“I was lying on the fourth floor when the incident happened and the vibration woke me up. I don’t know how I was able to jump out of the building”
