Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade was recently involved in a jollof war with award-winning British singer, Ed Sheeran.

Yemi Alade attended the Earthshot Prize awards in London where she met with the “Perfect” crooner and since he has been to Ghana a couple of times, the jollof issue came up.

The multiple award winning artiste told singer Yemi Alade that he prefers Ghanaian jollof over Nigerian jollof.

Yemi Alade was massively disappointed. However, she retained some hope since Ed sheeran added that he’s never been to Nigeria to taste Nigerian jollof.

Sharing the video on her Instagram page, Yemi Alade’s words ;

“So @teddysphotos Started arguing about Ghanaian and Nigerian jollof (he hasn’t eaten Nigerian jollof yet oo ,the battle hasn’t been won),”
