We only Separated, We No Kill Person”- Peter Okoye Slams Critics

Nigerian musician, Peter Okoye, has replied to critics on social media who dragged him for talking about being united in Nigeria while he is at loggerheads with his twin brother.

This comes after Peter Okoye condemned the recent destructions and confusion at the Oyo market where the shops of Hausa traders were destroyed. Reacting to this, he advised Nigerians to shun tribalism and racism.

A few moments after he said this, some social media users dragged Peter of preaching about unity. Reacting to these allegations, he said people linking his family matters to the comments he made should knowing that, he only got separated from his brother, he did not kill anyone.

The two brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye broke-up before 2016, supposedly over a disagreement about the role of their manager. They were able to patch up things and released two new songs together earlier in 2017, but, their relationship has hit the rocks again.
