Weeks After Denying, Actress Rahama Stuns Fans With Tinubu-Themed Attire
Just weeks after denying being a part of Bola Tinubu’s women’s campaign team for the 2023 general election, Nigerian actress Rahama Sadau was caught donning a headgear with the logo of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate.
The actress left the campaign team, it should be mentioned, when certain media accounts suggested that she was a part of the women’s council.
This comes after the ruling party debuted top Nollywood actors like Mercy Johnson, Toyin Adegbola, Esther Wright, Rose Odika, Hadiza Kabara, Fathia Balogun, and Sola Kosoko.
The Kannywood actress, however, refuted claims that she was on Tinubu’s or Shettima’s campaign train in a tweet.
Sadau alleged that prior to her name being placed to the list, she was never contacted.
She also questioned how, without her knowledge, her name wound up on the list.
This is an enormous deception… I’m unaware of this… Not in any way connected to this, I don’t know how my name ended up on this list, she wrote.
Unexpectedly, the actress—who fiercely denied any involvement—was spotted with Nigerian artist Kcee while sporting a headgear that Tinubu had made.
