OOTD are frequently found on social media websites such as Tumblr, Instagram, and Pinterest, as well as in various YouTube videos.

A typical current outfit of the day would include a Forever 21 top, American Eagle low rise jeans, UGG Australia boots, and some accessories such as a Coach purse, makeup, and various jewelry.

Similar to these blogs are “outfit(s) of the week” (OOTW), in which the blogger displays what they intend to wear for the entire week (or several days).

This is an abbreviation of ‘Outfit Of The Day’ usually used as a caption for pictures of outfits or models.
