Wizkid’s ‘Made In Lagos’ surpasses one billion streams in less than a year

With his latest album, Made In Lagos, Nigerian superstar singer Ayodeji Balogun, commonly known as WIzkid, has achieved a new milestone.
On Sunday, October 10th, the album surpassed one billion streams across all streaming platforms.
This is less than a year after the album was released, and it has already become the highest charting African album on the Billboard 200.
Wizkid’s Made In Lagos has 322 million Apple Music streams, 229 million Spotify streams, 227 million YouTube streams, and over 140 million Audiomack streams.
Boomplay, with 40.17 million streams, and Pandora, with 20.1 million streams, are among the others.
