Top Nigerian musician Wizkid apparently neglected to arrive early for a performance in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, leaving another group of fans unsatisfied.
This occurred only a few hours after Wizkid’s Ghanaian fans criticized the Starboy on social media for making them wait interminably for his headlining event.
In a subsequent development, the singer’s team reportedly had members imprisoned in Abidjan due to the singer’s mysterious absence.
According to reports, the show’s administrators in Abidjan wouldn’t let Wizkid’s staff leave after waiting for hours without a performance.
An online video depicts an irate show host lecturing in French to the crowd about the music star’s poor behavior.
