Omah Lay, Bella Shmurda, Teni, Gyakie Set To Perform At The Africa Day Concert 2021

Nigerian singers, Omah Lay, Bella Shmurda, Teni joins other African artistes to perform at the 2021 Africa Day Concert scheduled for 25th of May.

Africa Day is the annual commemoration of the foundation of the Organisation of African Unity on 25 May 1963. It is celebrated in various countries on the African continent, as well as around the world.

The organisation was transformed into the African Union on 9 July 2002 in Durban, South Africa, but the holiday continues to be celebrated on 25 May.

This year, Nigeria’s rising star ‘Omah Lay’ alongside Bella Shmurda and Teni were amongst the African artist selected to perform at the concert.

Other African artistes to perform are Gyakie, Focalistic, current MTV Base ‘Hottest MC New Wave’ Blaq Diamond, South African Elaine, and Ivory Coast Suspect 95.
