9-Year-Old Girl Intentionally Sets Abuja Supermarket Ablaze(Watch)
A video that captures the moment a little girl set a popular supermarket in Abuja on fire is currently making the rounds online.
In the CCTV footage, the girl could be seen pretending to pick something before internationally turning on the gas burner. The gas explosion occurred on Saturday, July 17, at the Supermarket in Abuja’s Lokogoma sector, and it was learned that firemen battled the flames till the next day.
According to reports, the young girl was later interrogated and she confesses of being taken to the supermarket by her mother.
The girl said that her mother wanted to buy drinks for her sister in another section of the supermarket before leaving them for the gas section.
While addressing Newsmen, public relations officer (PRO) of the federal capital territory fire service, Ibrahim Muhammad said it is not yet known if there are casualties.
Muhammad said;
“We cannot say if any lives were lost to the inferno until the fire has been extinguished,”
