Toke Makinwa, a well-known media personality and lifestyle vlogger, has made comparisons between herself and her aunts, whom she previously criticized for still being single in their 30s.

In the most recent episode of Tokemoments, Toke Makinwa talked about growing up watching her aunts live with her family and wondering frequently why they weren’t married at that time.

The 37-year-old claims that as a young child, she thought her aunts were promiscuous because they were unmarried at 30 and living with them.

Toke claims that because she is 37 years old and has never been married, she feels like she has evolved into those aunts.

She continued by speculating as to whether her nieces and nephews perceive her in the same way that she did as a child.

Additionally, she discussed how once-valued traits in men, like being God-fearing, tall, and attractive, have all been subverted.
