Denrele Edun, a media personality and actor, has described how a UNILAG instructor nearly molested him sexually.
The media figure Tea With Tay, who is androgynous—that is, having traits of both genders—revealed that the lecturer had mistaken him for a woman because of his crossdressing in an interview for the podcast.
Denrele Edun stated that the lecturer always treated him incredibly well and sweetly, inviting him to visit him at his office.
Denrele Edun thought the lecturer was nice to him because when he went to his office to turn in his work, the lecturer continued complimenting him on his good looks.
He had gone one step further and requested oral sex from Denrele, which he politely declined.
He claimed that day was an emotional roller coaster, with him feeling terrified, anxious, bewildered, and everything else.
“I got harassed in a lecturer office because he thought I was a girl and his course was one of those general courses.
Everytime I wanted to submit assignment, he would tell me to come to his office. I thought he was being nice and when I went to his office he was praising my beauty (He said fine girl, come in) and I u was like, if I tell him I am not a girl, he would fail me.
He told me to seat on his lap and he told me to give him blow job. I was scared, frantic, perplexed, everything. It was a roller coaster of emotion”.
