Popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid ‘Made in Lagos’ album has created a record on Billboard World Album Chart, spending 32 weeks and still counting.

Wizkid's 'Made in Lagos' is on The Billboard World Album Chart for the 32rd Consecutive Week

After tying Burna Boy’s Grammy-award winning album ‘Twice as a tall’ record of 12 weeks on the Billboard world album chart last week, the ‘Made in Lagos’ album as went further to set another record of the longest Nigeria album in US billboard, spending a total of 32 weeks and still counting.

Wizkid’s manager, Jada P took to her Twitter page on Tuesday, the 22nd of June 2021, to share a screenshot of ‘Made in Lagos’ position on the chart.

She also announced that the album has now spent 32 weeks on the chart.

“Made in Lagos” is the fourth studio (and second major label) album by Nigerian singer and songwriter Wizkid. It was released on October 30, 2020 by Starboy Entertainment and RCA Records.

Since its release, the album has had quite a huge number of endorsements from top celebrities like Alicia Keys, Snoop DoggSaweetie, and many more.
